Bookkeeper

Job Duties:
- Perform bank reconciliation, coding checks and documents according to company procedures;
- Receive and document client payments, and deposit cash and checks in the company bank;
- Calculate and process payroll;
- Process and prepare checks for utilities, taxes, vendors, and other expenses;
- Calculate overhead and other expenses based on quotations, price lists, and invoices;
- Compute deductions for income taxes, worker’s compensation, social security, etc.;
- Prepare and submit sales tax returns and other government documents;
- Assist the tax preparer on the preparation of individual and business tax returns;
- Classify, record, reconcile general ledgers, and file financial documents;
- Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders and generate expense reports;
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to routine emails and letters, and filing;
- Access and retrieve financial information as required by the Management.
Job Requirements:
2 years experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, Accounting Clerk or related.
Hours: 9:00AM - 5:00 PM 40 HR WK
Salary: $ 55370.00 Per Year
